Step 2 - Determine if the fault is something you can fix yourself or if you are required to contact support.

Step 3 - Check our Knowledge base for known or repeat problem (if anyone else reports the same problem) and see if an associate has already answered the question.
Step 4 - If none of the above help you, consider contacting support to initiate an RMA (only for units under manufacturer warranty).
